Education:
Bashkir State University (Journalism).
Kazan Federal University (Master's in Organizational Management).
Background:
Lilia is an instructor who inspires from the very first lesson. Her creative journey began in the third grade, and art has been her primary language for self-expression ever since.
At just 23, with talent, courage, and a deep love for art, she built her own drawing school from the ground up. Over five years, the school brought together hundreds of adults and children. At the same time, she ran a successful "art on commission" project, transforming clients' emotions and stories into vivid paintings that were featured in international exhibitions.
Her background in journalism taught her to convey meaning with precision, while her degree in economics gave her the foundation to launch her own successful creative ventures. Today, Lilia is an instructor who doesn't just teach technique. She helps students discover their personal style, see the depth in simple things, and create art that has a soul.
Personal side:
For Lilia, creativity and growth are a way of life. She is constantly exploring new things—sewing, painting, and even writing her own book. Her greatest passion is finding depth in every moment and creating new meaning that helps people grow.
A special place in her life is dedicated to working with children on the autism spectrum. This is more than just a job for her; it's a true calling and a personal passion. Lilia delves deep into understanding their unique experiences to better connect with how they feel and perceive the world. This work has taught her the most valuable lessons: patience, gentleness, an individualized approach, and a profound respect for every child's unique qualities.
"Sometimes I feel like my whole life is about being able to notice and be present in the exact moment a child takes their first step into this huge, damn unpredictable world. And if there's one thing I can do, it's to gently nudge them forward, so they walk not blindly, but with a spark inside. So they know: the wind can knock you down, but life isn't about never falling. It's about getting back up and keep going. I'm someone who wants them to have the strength to truly live."
